The vehicle diagnostic card, which is used in the Republic of Belarus, is officially recognized as an alternative to the International Technical Inspection Certificate (ITC).
A sample document was transmitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus last year.
The sample is currently available on the UN Economic Commission for Europe website in the document on the Status of the 1997 Agreement and its annexed rules (ECE_TRANS_WP.29_1074_Rev.18e).
This means that Belarusian international road transport organizations can now officially use a vehicle diagnostic card instead of an ITC.
