Registration of paper vehicle passports in Belarus is possible until the end of June

The Commission of the Eurasian Economic Union decided to extend the deadlines during which it is possible to issue paper passports for self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment in a single form.

Previously, these deadlines were set until March 31, 2023 for Belarus and Kazakhstan and until May 31, 2023 for Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.

Now the deadlines have been extended:

• In the Republic of Belarus and Kazakhstan - until June 30, 2023.
• In Kyrgyzstan and Armenia - until August 31, 2023.

In these countries, paper-type vehicle passports can be issued on a par with electronic ones.

The decision will enter into force 30 days after its official publication and will apply to legal relations arising from April 1, 2023.
